With over a decade of business ownership and many more years of hands-on experience in water and fire damage restoration and renovation, Ty and Lauren understand both the challenges and potential behind distressed and overlooked properties. Based in the Texas Hill Country, the Schaeffers are raising their eight children while building a family-centered business focused on residential, commercial, multi-family and investment opportunities.
